I suffer from SVT, starting 5 days ago, and I have had 3 attacks in which my heart rate shoots up to at least 160, 200 was the highest and it comes with chest pain. I have no insurance coverage and am only 19 years old. Not only can this KILL ME if it continues untreated, and for as long as I don't have insurance, I will continue racking up $2,000 hospital bills every few days because these attacks don't stop and valsalva/vagal maneuvers do not help. I am seriously worried. My life could be ruined by this. I could be in debt for a very long time or die. Also, it is getting in the way of school, and work. I have been sent home from both because of episodes occuring at both places. If I can't work, I can't make money, and certainly not enough to cover insurance that covers pre-existing conditions.
I have been denied Medicaid. I have already talked to every health clinic in central Florida, no help. I have also called multiple cardiologists, and none of them have any interest in seeing me without knowing how they will be paid. My condition is a very expensive one. I'm basically royally screwed and ready to move to Canada. I need help!!!!!! :'(
