I always feel so irritated b/c I'm polite and treat them properly and it annoys me as I come to think of it, I'm a paying customer and the least they ought to do is being kind and helpful even for appearances sake. How can I put them back to their place without coming off as aggressive?
If knowing yourself is considered to be a synonym for boasting then so be it... whatever...
From my experience when you're not the richest person in the world, all smart dressed up, some of them look down up on you as not being worthy to be waited on - even though I DO buy stuff in the end.
It seems that kindness&respect is offered only to those who have a thick wallet.
If you want to keep this store of yours you had better pay some elementary attention to what the customers wish to say to you.
