the same instructions? Weeks ago, my boss and I discussed allocations of materials for a product launch. She wrote which material should be allocated to specific areas on a piece of paper. Then I gave that piece of paper to the person in charge of the materials so that she can implement it. Just now my boss called me on my cell, when the launch is just a day away, and scolded me for not following instructions. What the hell? I followed her instructions on that piece of paper down to the letter! Too bad I can't show it to her right now because she's out of the office.
