I was knocked off my bike last week and my bike was ruined (both wheels broken) by a driver who hit me from behind. I took his car registration, insurance details and phone number. The problem is he hasn't registered the accident and the insurers say they can't do anything until he does. What should I do? Can I got to the police to get him to register it?
