Well I gave up fast food for Lent! I figured fast foods are any restaurants with a drive-thru (ex.McDonald's,arby's), but some people told me its pretty much everything such as dine in restaurants! What do ya"ll think?

i agree to but there can be some dine in restaurants like red robin that serve primarily burgers and french fries so i would probably consider places like that fast food as well

My husband works at a restaurant and they were told that anything with a drive-thru is considered fast food. Dine in restaurants do not count, even if they are really fast at getting food out.

Oh my goodness! My boyfriend and I gave up fast food too!
We decided to give up fast food and soda.. We decided everything with a drive-through is considered fast food. Sit down restaurants are ok, but we're not allowed to eat anything fried, since frying is the major way food at fast-food restaurants are cooked. Hope this helps a little!
