Basically, I would like to know what is the word/phrase called for these types of phone numbers.
Many businesses have them and they are usually for the bigger businesses. It is a phone line number [usually a landline/ freephone (toll free) and can be called from anywhere. This then re-directs you to a place, and it may ask you for the pin number, if not, it will ask you for the number you wish to dial.
I.E:
0800 123 4567
Please enter the number you wish to dial
0208 960 1234
*Rings*
and then the business usually pays the charge at the end of the month (usually a fixed monthly price with unlimited calls - e.g. £100/month and unlimited calls on that number)

also, if you could advise me where I can get one of these numbers (or even get a currently used number for a business
