What do you call cable ties that come with packaged electronics?

When you buy a new product, it's cables are always organised with a sort of "thin wire wrapped in plastic".

I really want to buy a roll of it to organise my cables, but I have no idea what they are called! When I type "cable ties", all I get are the zip-ties:

So does anyone know what those cheap 'cable ties' are called that every packaged electronic has?
