what do u think about buying a Cadillac De ville 1998?

it has on it 145000 miles . north star engine V8 but it is little bit low from the back maybe some thing wrong with the shocks and there is some thing wrong with the AC sensor .. am a international student in USA i want to get a V8 car ... this car is 3500 $ is it worth? it is the cheapest Cadillac i hv seen
