what do Toyota's extra care warranty's usually cover?

I remember when i purchased the "extra care" the salesman told me the only thing i would come out of my pocket for the next 5 years was the tires because obviously that is wear and tear but then i am thinking what about the brakes because thats wear and tear. idk... anyone?
 
Sorry, brakes are considered a maintenance item and would not be covered if all they are is worn out. Now if you have some part of your brakes "broken", then that broken item *might* be covered.
