What do these pipes fit?

Hi guys... I have two sets of slip ons that I'd like to know what they fit..

Parts #:
573.1.057.1B Remus 21
574.1.057 1B Remus 21

573.1.058 1A Remus 21
573.1.058 1A Remus 12

G'day... I've found out that the first ones fit an st4s model.. As the second set look the same I'd say they would also fit an st4s...

Can anyone enlighten me on the difference between the two sets?
