1. Sports Enthusiasts (Comfort, food, beverages, attentive staff, entertainment (sports trivia, etc), Multiple broadcasting of different games.
2. Family Diners (Comfort, food - quality dining, beverages, recreation - to keep kids occupied, privacy, friendly and fun atmosphere, family fun)
3. Local Night Crowd (Comfort, food, beverages, socializing, entertainment - theme nights, dancing, late operational hours)
Am I missing anything else? I'm looking for some more input on what these different segments look for in a sports bar and grill. Thanks.
