Water ager isn't needed and really doesn't work. It is suposed to age the water and increase bacterial production in the tank. Not needed really
Water conditioner/ dechlor should be used every time you are adding water or changing water in the tank or bowl. This removes harmfull chemicals and heavy metals in the water system.
Bio Clear is used usually to clear up cloudy water however it too isn't needed if you are keeping to your weekly 25% water changes.
Remember the less chemicals you add to your tank the healthier it and your fish will be.
