What do the spiders in my house eat?

in the corners of my roof there are sometimes daddy long legs, what do they live off? its not like they sneak outside at night and have a meal...
dont say flies because they dont spin any webs to get caught in (atleast visible ones) and there are no flies in my house
 
What ever they can get their teeth into, it may be fruit flies (very small) ants, Beetles, ladybugs.

Anything small is up for game.
