What do the codes for my 1990 Ford Mustang 5.0 mean?

Ok, so everyone was really helpful telling me how to pull the codes for my car yesterday and I really appreciate it. Now my problem is I have no idea what they mean! I went to a few web sites and some of my codes arent even there!! So, here is what came up when I ran the test:

KOEO results are: 858512229349122293491

KOER results are: 21912191

Any help folks??

Both codes are associated with the mass air sensor. First try to clean the mass air sensor with rubbing alcahol or lacquer thinner. reset the codes by disconnecting the negative cable.if that does not do the trick you will need to buy a new mass air sensor.
