What do the bright stickers on broken down cars say?

I have always been curious what the neon colored stickers that cops put on cars on the side of the highway say, and if there is a different meaning for the different colors?
 
I think they basically all say the same thing, namely to remove your pile of junk from the side of the road or it will be towed. Different colors are probably just used in different areas.
 
They are an indication that the vehicle has been looked at by law enforcement and basically what condition the vehicle is in, such as broken down, out of fuel, abandoned etc. The bright colors help other passing law enforcement to quickly establish if a stop is necessary to check the vehicle out.
