What do Stationary Bicycles do?

I was wondering what is more effective for loosing fat. A treadmill or a Bicycle?
Sorry I didn't add this earlier. I'm a 16 year old male, 170 lbs, 5'10" And I lift a lot of weights, I was just wondering what would be best for me just to loose a little bit of fat and get more toned.
 
Well, it depends on your size. I say that very obese people should use a bike because it's lower intensity but you can still burn tons of calories. If you're not a part of that category however, I suggest a treadmill. You can walk, jog, and train yourself to be able to run which is the best natural exercise as long as you can handle it.
