I've had the feeling I'm pregnant for about two months. I've been late forever and I started bleeding today, and after I started, I got this really sharp stabbing pain about four inches below my belly button. It lasted for about two minutes and stopped when I laid down. And earlier today, I was having bad cramps, with no bleeding. What could be wrong?
