What do scouts look for in baseball players?

I'm only a freshman going into my JV season and I was wondering what souts look for in highschool players. I'm a lefty 1B with good fielding (scoops and holding runners on) and I'm wondering what I would need to do in highschool baseball to impress a scout? I know its early for me but I wanna know? And yes I know the chances are like 1 in 200,000 but w/e.
