I run a pet rodent rescue organization and I am looking for free (or very inexpensive) discarded fruit, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds, cereal and bread products (still fit for pet consumption). Who/where can I inquire to get a hold of items a day (or two) after their expiration when the store or restaurant decides to discard them?
