Story line: Theirs two neighbors, one is a girl of the age 17 the other is a man of the age 22. She thinks he's drop dead gorgeous though doesn't think he likes her. One night their at a party, they don't know that each other are there. The next morning they wake up together, they don't remember what has happened but its quite obvious as they find themselves both naked. He panicks as she is so young, but shes more frightened because she can't find the used condom and is due on. He says he will come to the doctors with her when she goes to get the morning after pill, she says he doesn't have too but he says he wants too. They go to the doctors and before she takes the pill she see's hesitation in his eyes. She pretends to take the pill and they leave, she asks him what was the matter with him when they were near home, he replies with nothing but she finally gets out of him that he wants a child, but he knows he can never ask that of her as he wants her to live her life and that he would rather be in a relationship when he had kids, though he just don't feel like that day will come. He says she should take the pill - she does. After that, he just keeps checking up on her to make sure shes okay. The night they shared had been a secret before but now its out and they try to hide it. But they both begin to feel things for each other, though the man doesn't want to admit them to her because of the stick he was getting from his friends for the rumour that was going round.

I haven't made up a ending yet, sorry if it sounds confusing, I haven't planned this or anything it was just a idea that came up in my head and I wanted what other people thought before I decided to go through with it :)

LOL @ Fleefly!

I'm not familiar with Mills & Boon rubbish but I don't think the age difference is sexy at all. Teen girls might want grown men but when you actually 'read' about this 'relationship' in a story, it just doesn't really sit right: he's grown, she's in high school. That premise won't excite anyone but VERY young teen girls and maybe some Creepers or Sugardaddies somewhere.

Also, you actually think a pregnancy scare is a good premise for a freakin' romance? And againb, by a grown man (who ought to know better even in fiction) and a teenager. I don't mean offense but you have an unusual ideal of "romance" to me.

Haha, it does sounds like something Mills and Boons - aka Harlequin - would put out in one of their formula-driven lines. The good thing? I LOVE Harlequin romance and so do many others. Harlequin knows what appeals to their audience which is why their lines follow a certain formula. Which is also why it's the largest romance publisher. ;)

Sounds good, but try to give it a twist that every other book like it doesn't have.

I'd probably read it if it were a book. And I do like my cheesy romance, lol.
