What do Jupiter's colors indicate?

In infrared wavelengths, colour indicates temperature.

Dark red is the coolest, orange is warmer, yellow warmer still, and white is hot.
 
more specifically, when Jupiter is seen in infrared light, what do dark red, medium orange and yellowish-white indicate?
