what do i write on "career objective" on a job application?

the job im applying for is like a little department store. Do they want to know my future career goals and what i want to do as a job later on on life?
or do they want to know why i want to work there? the only reason i want to work there is so i can make money haha which obviously isnt an appropriate answer....so what should i write?
help please!!
