what do i use to touch up my blond hair?

i went from black to blond but black is not my natural color brown is. I need to retouch my roots and i dont know how to do it. My friend who is going to school made me blond and is very sick and she cant do it. can someone help me. I love my blond hair but i dont like my roots showing. what should i get at Sallys? Help. Also if you can tell me what i can do to repair my hair, its really fried out from bleaching it... HELP
