I had to repaint my car door but using the tape and newspaper for the overspray, it made a "line". I did get that out with some light sanding but the sandpaper was too course and dug into the new paint I just added. I am having the same problem with the top clear coat. What size sandpaper or steel wool would I use to smooth out the clear coat without it looking like I just sanded?
