What do i take/eat after my workout?

I wake up at 7:15am - 7:30am

I have breakfast at 7:45am

I have snack at 10:45am
.
I have lunch at around 12:45pm -1:00 pm

I start working out at 4:00pm and am finished around 5:15pm

After my workout ( 5:30pm ) ill have my protein shake/ creatine / multivitamin

When should i have my dinner?

Can i have my dinner at 7:00pm?... or... not? If not when should i have it?

I sleep at 10:00 pm so i really dont want to have dinner any later then 7:30 pm
