what do i say to the judge?

Ok I am now currently trying to get a no contact order dropped.. My fiance and I were arguing one day very badly and he pushed me. The lady down stairs called the police and they took him in. I went to the court and I am trying to get the no contact order off and I have a court date for tommorw.. idk what to say to the judge or what she is going to ask me.. I have known him forever since I was in 5th grade I am in my 2nd year of college... we are very close and he has always been there for me no matter what! what will the judge ask me?> and what would I say
