What Do I need to take with me when I go to Boot camp I'm going to San Diego ?

I think I will just go ask my Recruiter I'm just waiting to go to Boot camp & want all the information I can have from others I will do the Best I can. Semper Fi
 
When I retired from the Army, as an Army Recruiter in 1999, all the services were providing their DEPs with lists of what to bring with you. Unless that has changed in the last 9 years, your recruiter should be able to provide you with such a list.
 
Wear clothes you don't mind tossing in the trash and take a toothbrush and toothpaste, an easy to clean razor, and a bar of soap.

You might think I kidding, but you'll change you mind once you arrive at boot camp.

I would guess that millions of men have joined the Marines before. Very few felt compelled to jump on Y!A and ask every meaningless possible question available. You will be told what you MUST take. You will be told what you SHOULD take. Thats all you need to take.
