We have this room in our house that used to be a darkroom but we now store stuff in. When we moved in, 8 years ago, we threw out all of the stuff in the room. I'm 15 now and want to start up photography. However, e have a giant tub thing, and a vent thing that I dont know what it does. We have shelving spots for those frames that people use in film photography too. We have one of those red light things on the ceiling and 4 lights that each have their own switch. We also have a window, that might need covering up i presume. I know nothing about how to use a darkroom, and what I need to start one. I would please like some tips or suggestions. I need to know what basic materials I will need to get started. I have 2 friends that know how to use a darkroom, but I don't know what all the necessities are.
