What do i need to pack for school camp?

Its going to be at the beging of spring/end of winter. Im going for 5 days (4 nights). Its an adventure-style camp, so well be doing things like bush walking, canoeing, absailing etc. We get dorms with bunk beds. What toiletrties,clothes and bedding do i need to pack, and whats the best way to pack it so that my baggage is as light as possible?
