I'm currently 14 and I really want to work at a bike shop but I don't know what I need to know. It doesn't matter what I'm doing in the shop (mechanic, sales, etc.) but as long as I'm around bikes it's good. Obviously, I'm not planning to get hired now, but maybe when I'm 17.
Also what questions come up often so I can make sure I know them? What should I look out for? Are the customers easy to deal with(tips on how to react)? So pretty much what I'm asking is, what are the essentials to work at a bike shop.
