What do I need to get on the military base?

My boyfriend is graduation from BCT at Fort Sill. I heard that the military is strict with people coming on the base, and that you have to have a military i.d. I also never received a packet or letter concerning graduation or family day. Can I get on the base?
I am the cosigner for the car I drive, is that good enough? But my name is listed as the primary driver on my insurance card
 
Driver's license, Current insurance, Current registration and tags, and a letter from the owner of the vehicle saying you can use it if its not your car.
