What do I need to get Bluetooth on my pc?

I have a Samsung cell phone with Bluetooth. I want to be able to transfer pics from it to my pc. My pc, a Dell, does not have Bluetooth on it. How do I get it on my pc? My cell phone doesn't have a place for any type of connection to my computer. I'm not a whiz at computers so please don't get to technical with your answers. Thanks!
