...but refuses to pay or leave? agreed to rent the room as is for $200 less than usual. She asked if her friend could put in tile if no cost to me. I agreed and she gets an upgraded room for $200 less per month. She has not paid rent, now she owes again, what do I need to do to get her out! I would be willing to pay the guy for the tile if she leaves, but she now wants me to pay for the tile and give her even lower than next to none rent.
