...opportunity? I have a BS in management and 14+ years of management experience with the last 9 being a general manager with the same company. I need to change career fields but no one is willing to give me a chance because I have "so much experience in the food business". What can I do to get past the "the food business" issue and get employers to see that I am a manager of resources and people. Can anybody give me some advice or send me a web sight that can help?
