alright one day i was starting up my msi wind notebook and there is an option when it just starts to boot up something like "hit f10 to look at startup options or something like that" so i look through the options and i select "restore factory settings". So now it WILL turn on but thats all it will do. it powers up but it is unresponsive ex: just a black blank screen. i tried putting in a system restore disk in my external cd drive but no luck... I need help!!!
