What do I need to do in the control panel to reactivate the ability to dowload my books?

I cant download my books- i click on download and it doesn't work- I had this problem before and had to change something in the control panel?
It's my school books- there is something I did before, and in the contol panel- I can reset it. l just forget what it is. I will just call the school help desk tomorrow. thanks though.
