What do I need for a marine fish tank?

Just bought a Fluval Roma 200, it comes with...
U4 internal filter
200watt tronic heater
30 watt powerglo light
30 watt aquaglo light
LCD thermometer

Just a basic tank to start with, probably some clownfish, damselfish etc.

I'm having a good research on the internet but would appreciate any feedback in the mean time as to what i'll need to maintain the fish.
