if you are interested in a specific subject--bu sure to take enoguh electives in that subject (general electives--not educ ation electives) to be Highly Qualified in that subject according to NCLB..
depends on teh satte if you need to choose a 'category'
in NJ--it is just a general special ed certificate--covering anything except subject specific (english, math) ---for which you just take teh electives to eb qualified
