If a garage mounted the tires for you, they should have also balanced them, but if not, they will need balancing.
And some tires are "directional" meaning that the tread goes in one direction only, so the tires have to be put on with the arrows facing the front.
Alignment is not needed unless you had bad worn tires and suspect your car needs alignment. But to just put on new tires, no.
Rotation is determined by milage pretty much, so you can go by the mileage recommended to rotate your tires. If the front tires seem to wear faster then the rear, rotating them more oftern will kind of even out the wear.
