Hey guys im a 14 year old boy, im roughly 5ft.8 and i weigh 9.6 stone. I am a very active teenager, and have recently got a tredmill and a perfect sit up object. When I am in the house this is what I do. Tredmill for 30 minutes ( a performance workout), rest. Perfect Sit Ups ( including abs crunches and press ups) and to finish I use these hand levers which I have to press quite hard. I just want to know what should I eat after I have completed my workout (if I should call it this)
I also play football, tennis and athletics. Should I be eating alot since I am very active and would all these activities and exercises tone my overall body? ( I am trying to tone my calves, thighs, abs and back the most. Someone Please Answer
