I was involved in a car accident today. A car rear ended my car as the stop light was going off. I got a two truck to take my car home. I need to rent a car now while the process takes place. I do not have rental car insurance on my company. However, if I rent a car, is the other driver's insurance liable and will they reimburse me for however long I need a rental car? I was told that they do cover the tow trucking, but will they cover a rental car? I need it to get to school and work. Stupid process, why can't people pay attention when they drive.
