what do i do with my honda, it makes a loud scrapping noise as i reverse out

the parking lot? 2 days ago i was going like 25-30mph and like a retard i accidently moved it to reverse n it made a loud scrapping noise..so today i didnt think anything haappened cause i got home safe, n i was trying to reverse out of the parkinglot and it made a loud scrapping noise, wt do i do?? iss it the transmission thaatss messsed up, can i still drive it, is it safe
