I have had my car in at Audi 11 times in the past year for the same problem. The car is still under warranty, an A4 and a 2006. I hit a curb one day and since then, the car makes a nasty, nasty sound when the breaks are put on. Now, Audi has spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. They say nothing is bent, they replaced the rotars, break pads, cylinders, and who even remembers what else. I usually leave the dealership with the sound being gone, and then it shows up again after 30-50 miles. I called Audi customer service, hoping they could help diagnose the problem, and they said the dealership I am going to is doing all they can. What can I do? I don't have another dealership in the area, and all I really want is my car fixed. So now, I am waiting for the service manager to set up yet another appt with some Audi technical specialist. Help! I have no idea where to go with this.
