I live in Florida with new fam and business we have out here. My ex wife of 5 years and is still on a hate rage. I mean I got on with my life and recently after filing a motion to modify the visitation right due to the fact that I can never count on her to come through with any agreements. The courts ordered set dates and times when she is to allow the kids to talk over the phone as well as
un-interrupted by her. And this was just set in place on Nov. 9th. She failed to allow me owe my first scheduled phone and I'm sure there will be more in due time. Bottom line, she is selfish and wants those kids to herself and is trying to push the "boyfriend" to cover the daddy figure and eraser my ass from those kids lives!!!!
Being that I'm in Miami Fl. I do not have the luxury to walk into the judges court nor the finacial HIGH costs that as soon as an attorney knows that I'm out of state.
A take advantage fee is added on...
Can some body please explain to me how I can inforce the orders from the courts.
Maybe you may have learned a trick or two from having to go through bullshit like this already...
