...unlocking process'? I was browsing around with my phone when i accidentally clicked on the PIN code. Then it asked for my PUK code and such. I clicked on random numbers and failed all. Now I am stuck with this 'SIM unlock process'. Here is what it looks like:
SIM Unlock Process
You are about to SIM unlock your phone. Entering the unlock code incorrectly 10 times will result in the permanent lock of your phone. Continue?

If I click on 'no', it says:
PUK is blocked. Please contact your provider.
When I did call the Rogers company, they said that they can not help me with it. What should I do? ):
