i have a bluetooth mouse for my hp laptop and it was working great till about a few weeks ago when it just stopped working. i've tried changing batteries, turning the mouse and my laptop off, hitting the reset button on the mouse, and nothing has worked. my laptop is still detecting the mouse, but the mouse isn't controlling anything. i can't think of anything else to do.
