What do I do to volunteer for deployment in Central or South America as a Army

National Guard medic? I have been going on various websites and resources and so far I have come across what I believe is the GKO Volunteer Deployment List. It is very short and only lists openings for OIF 2019 and Balkans. I was wondering if anyone knows if the list is supposed to be long, what units I might be able to contact about deployment for duty in the America's, and if there are any other resources I can go to or talk to.
