What do i do to start my 91 Dodge Spirit that's been sitting for 6yrs?

Its been sitting since 2003 i replaced fluids and put in a new battery and new oil filter, went to start her up and it just cranks and cranks but wont turn over. anything can help.
 
go through the basic trouble shooting, Step one, Is it getting fuel? Is it getting spark? it would have to be one of these two things. If you are not getting fuel, likely cause is the fuel pump. If it is not getting spark it may be an ignition control module. These are the first places to start.
