What do i do to someone who's been vandalising my bike?

I'm 16 and go to a sixfrom in london. I cycle to school, and on many occations someone lets the air out of my bike tires. This went on for the whole of year 11 with me being able to do nothing. This year the thought dawned apon me to lock my bike up in full view of the schools security camera. I did this and i now know who has been doing it. They are kind of a friend, and i know they are just doing it to piss me off. I havent told them i know yet. How should i tell them, what should i do as revenge. (they dont cycle in themselves) Should i report it to my head of year? What will they do. I dont really know what to do with this information. i dont really want to do anything violent towards them that would get me into trouble. suggestions please
