My freshman year in high school I ran an 11.5 11.6 average in the 100 meter dash. Now that I'm sophomore my time got worse and I am running an 12.1 12.2 average. I did a lot of weight lifting in the offseason between my freshman and sophmore track season but I ran a lot also. I gained 15 pounds total during the offseason. My sophmore track season is over and now I am starting the offseason. What should I do differently this offseason to prepare myself for my junior year of track. I want to be in the low 11s for my 100 time.
